HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, Feb. 28 -- The Pennsylvania Senate Democrats issued the following news release:
State Sen. Jim Brewster today said he will introduce legislation that would establish a statewide school safety panel to review school and bus safety policies and procedures and help lawmakers implement standardized statewide safety procedures.
