PHOENIX, Arizona, Feb. 28 -- The Arizona Democratic Party issued the following news release:
The state of Arizona has fallen under Governor Doug Ducey's watch. According to a new "Best States" report by the U.S. News, Arizona ranked 39th overall in the nation. Governor Ducey's mismanagement has caused Arizona to fall five spots from last year's report.
