BRASILIA, Brazil, Feb. 27 -- The U.S. Embassy in Brazil issued the following news release:
The Fulbright Commission and CAPES bring 120 English language assistants to 38 public and private higher education institutions in Brazil. These Americans are recent college graduates, with some background in education and classroom teaching. The objective of this project is to help undergraduate students who are pursuing degrees in English language in Brazil to improve their linguistic skills . . .
