Today, Secretary of Education Pedro A. Rivera brought the Schools that Teach Tour to E.M. Stanton Elementary School, where he was joined by Philadelphia Eagle, Torrey Smith to congratulate the school on receiving the Fuel Up to Play 60 Hometown Grant.
