HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, Feb. 26 -- Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro issued the following statement as the U.S. Supreme Court hears arguments in Mark Janus v. AFSCME Council 31, a critical case involving "fair share" fees in public sector collective bargaining agreements:
