HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, Feb. 26 -- The Pennsylvania Senate Republicans issued the following news release:
Legislation to establish the Keystone Scholars program was unveiled in Harrisburg today, according to Senator John R. Gordner (R-27). Senator Gordner, who is sponsoring the bill in the Senate, was joined by bill co-sponsor, Senator Vincent Hughes (D-7), State Treasurer Joe Torsella and other dignitaries to make the announcement.
