America's Public Television Stations (APTS) today presented the Champion of Public Broadcasting Award to Congressman Charles W. Dent (R-PA), a senior member of the House Appropriations Committee and co-chair of the Tuesday Group, a group of more than 60 moderate Republican members of Congress.
