Western Washington University's Window Magazine came away from the last Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) Region XIII conference with a trio of awards. The Window creative team - editor Mary Gallagher, graphic designer Chris Baker, photographer Rhys Logan, and writers Ron C.
