Gary S. Hall is remembered for his strength, faith and dedication to family by those who were blessed to know him during his brief 34 years on earth. In celebration of the joy and love he brought to others, his family has established the Rowan College at Gloucester County (RCGC) Gary S. Hall Memorial Scholarship, an endowment focused on the importance of continuing education.
