OLYMPIA, Washington, Feb. 20 -- Washington House Democrats issued the following news release:
House Democrats unveiled their supplemental two-year operating budget proposal today, which would increase funding for public schools, mental health services, college financial aid and provide $1 billion in property tax relief for families across Washington state.
