NASHVILLE, Tennessee, Feb. 20 -- Sen. Lamar Alexander, R-Tennessee, chairman of the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee, issued the following statement on the Trump administration's proposed rule to expand access to short-term insurance plans:
