Harassment Leads to a Loss of Talent, Innovation in Sciences

WASHINGTON, Feb. 18 -- The American Association for the Advancement of Science issued the following news release:

Participants at the 2016 American Astronomical Association meeting had signed a code of conduct that warned against sexual harassment. At the registration desk they also were met by a five-foot sign reminding them of the problem.
