HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, Jan. 25 -- The Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education issued the following news release:
The Board of Governors of Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education today approved six new academic programs designed to address workforce needs, even as it moved to streamline the program approval process to enable universities to respond more quickly to address those demands in the future.
