Joint Study Shows Small Businesses Are Increasingly Optimistic About Chicago Economy

CHICAGO, Jan. 25 -- The Loyola University Chicago issued the following news release:

An annual survey of small businesses in the Chicago region shows growing optimism, plus plans to expand. This is important as 46 percent of Illinois' private sector workforce-2.4 million people-are employed by a small business.
