CLEVELAND, Wisconsin, Jan. 24 -- Lakeshore Technical College issued the following news release:
Lakeshore Technical College is offering real estate continuing education seminars beginning in February. All real estate salespersons and brokers are required to successfully complete an 18-hour continuing education requirement for 2017/18.
