WASHINGTON, Jan. 24 -- The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley issued the following news release:
The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and 11 other universities have announced they will be part of a special initiative known as SEMINAL: Student Engagement in Mathematics through an Institutional Network for Active Learning.
