WSU Study to Test Sleep Technology in Chronic Insomnia

SPOKANE, Washington, Jan. 23 -- Washington State University's Spokane campus issued the following news release:

If you spend your nights staring at the bedroom ceiling, you're not alone. About a quarter of U.S. adults suffer from insomnia, which significantly impacts their quality of life.

Estimates put the burden of insomnia on the U.S. economy at a whopping $63 billion per year in lost productivity, increased health care expenses and costs associated with workplace er . . .
