KATHMANDU, Nepal, Jan. 23 -- The World Bank issued the following news release:
The Government of Nepal and the World Bank today signed three financing agreements for $440 million in Kathmandu to invest in the country's post-earthquake housing reconstruction, livestock innovation, and technical education and vocational training.
