OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma, Jan. 22 -- The Oklahoma Department of Education issued the following news release:

Teacher pay and education funding are among the chief reasons former Oklahoma educators have left the classroom, according to a comprehensive survey released by the Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE).
