Today, the Schools That Teach tour highlighted higher education as Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Secretary Pedro A. Rivera and Deputy Secretary for Postsecondary and Higher Education Dr. Noe Ortega traveled to Lycoming College. There, they met with students, faculty, student teachers, and members of the community to discuss the Wolf Administration's commitment . . .
