WASHINGTON, Jan. 15 -- Rep. Eliot L. Engel, D-New York, issued the following statement:
"This Martin Luther King Jr. Day I want to reflect on the values of equality and justice that Dr. King dedicated his life to, and the vision he had for America's future.
