NEW MEXICO, Jan. 16 -- The New Mexico Democratic Party issued the following news:
On the heels of a grim child-wellbeing report, Governor Martinez delivered a State of the State address that refused to acknowledge that her legacy has left New Mexico with one of the highest unemployment rates in the country, the worst place to raise a family, and at the bottom for child-wellbeing.
