BOISE, Idaho, Jan. 15 -- Gov. C.L. 'Butch' Otter, R-Idaho, issued the following news release:
Governor C.L. "Butch"Otter presented the 2018 Idaho Medal of Achievement posthumously today to iconic Idaho human rights leader Marilyn Shuler.
