WASHINGTON, Jan. 11 -- Rep. Bobby Scott, D-Virginia, ranking Democratic member of the House Education and the Workforce Committee, issued the following statement after a meeting with Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos to discuss priority issues for House Democrats:
