MONTGOMERY, Alabama, Jan. 8 -- Alabama State University issued the following news release:
The newly elected mayor of Birmingham, Ala. - Randall Woodfin - will be the guest speaker for Alabama State University's annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Convocation on Jan. 18 (Thursday) at 11 a.m. in the ASU Dunn-Oliver Acadome. The event is free and open to the public.
