WASHINGTON, Jan. 10 -- Rep. Virginia Foxx, R-North Carolina, chairman of the House Education and the Workforce Committee jointly issued the following statement with Rep. Tim Walberg, R-Michigan, chairman of the Subcommittee on Health, Employment, Labor and Pensions after the adoption of the Tribal Labor Sovereignty Act within legislation passed by the House:
