LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, Jan. 9 -- Gov. Asa Hutchinson, R-Arkansas, issued the following news release:
In a letter that went out to the presidents and chancellors of Arkansas' four-year universities today, Governor Asa Hutchinson challenged them to freeze in-state tuition at its current levels for the 2018-2019 academic year.
