ANNAPOLIS, Maryland, Jan. 9 -- The U.S. Naval Academy issued the following news release:
Midshipman 1st Class (senior) Michelle Tran, 21, of Centreville, Va., was awarded the Rotary Foundation Global Grant Scholarship.
