ATLANTA, Georgia, Jan. 9 -- Emory University's Candler School of Theology issued the following news release:
To mark the start of a new semester, Candler will hold its spring convocation service on Tuesday, January 16, at 11:05 a.m. in Cannon Chapel. Emory Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs Dwight A. McBride will give the convocation address.
McBride came to Emory in July 2017 from Northwestern University, where he served as dean of the gradu . . .
