FRANKFORT, Kentucky, Jan. 8 -- Kentucky Attorney General Andy Beshear issued the following statement:
"Today, the court ruled that our lawsuit raised 'profound and legitimate questions concerning the scope of the Governor's reorganization power,' and that Gov. Bevin engaged in outrageous and unlawful conduct in sending 'armed officers of the Kentucky State Police' to threaten a board member.
