Gov. Matt Bevin has made the following appointments to Kentucky Boards and Commissions:
Joseph P. Papalia and Robert H. Staat have been appointed to the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education.
Joseph P. Papalia, of Louisville, is an entrepreneur. He will serve for a term expiring Dec. 31, 2023.
