PHOENIX, Arizona, Jan. 8 -- Gov. Doug Ducey, R-Arizona, issued the following news release:
Over the last three years, Governor Doug Ducey's top budget priority has been increasing funding for K-12 public schools. Since 2015, $1.7 billion in new state dollars has been added to K-12 education, including specific investments for teacher pay - the first time in more than a decade that's happened.
