BROWNWOOD, Texas, Dec. 12 -- Howard Payne University issued the following news:
Dr. Kylah Clark-Goff, dean of Howard Payne University's School of Education, began a term this fall as secretary of the Texas Association of Colleges for Teacher Education (TACTE). Additionally, Dr. Clark-Goff will begin a term in January as secretary of the Education Deans of Independent Colleges and Universities of Texas (EDICUT).
Both organizations seek to promote effective teaching . . .
