KEYSER, West Virginia, Dec. 12 -- Potomac State College issued the following news release:
Alumnus Scott Rotruck, Class of 1975, was recognized this fall during the annual homecoming banquet at West Virginia University Potomac State College, with the reception of the Alumni Achievement Award.
