New TCC Program Helps Youth 16-24 Earn a GED and a Workforce Credential

NORFOLK, Virginia, Dec. 11 -- Tidewater Community College issued the following news release:

If you didn't graduate from high school and have yet to earn a GED, Tidewater Community College can help with the transition into college.
