BIRMINGHAM, England, Nov. 23 -- The National Association of Schoolmasters Union of Women Teachers issued the following statement by General Secretary Chris Keates on the budget:
"In the Budget, the Chancellor had the opportunity to provide a big and bold solution to the deeply damaging teacher recruitment and retention crisis affecting schools.
