NEW YORK, Nov. 23 -- The Patrolmen's Benevolent Association issued the following statement by President Patrick J. Lynch:
"Students seeking to ban NYC police officers from their campus are blissfully ignorant of the protections that we provide for them but the college's management is not. The attitude of students is almost excusable because they lack life experience.
