Gov. Dayton Appoints Joanna Dornfeld to Serve As Chief of Staff

ST. PAUL, Minnesota, Nov. 21 -- Gov. Mark Dayton, D-Minnesota, issued the following news release:
Governor Mark Dayton and Lt. Governor Tina Smith announced today that Joanna Dornfeld will serve as their new Chief of Staff. Ms. Dornfeld, who currently serves as Deputy Chief of Staff for Legislative Affairs, will replace outgoing Chief of Staff Jaime Tincher. Ms. Tincher today was appointed by Mayor-Elect Melvin Carter to serve as Deputy Mayor for the City of Saint Paul.
