WASHINGTON, Nov. 3 -- Rep. Steve Pearce, R-N.M., issued the following news release:
The U.S. House of Representatives today passed H.R. 3922, the CHAMPIONING HEALTHY KIDS Act, to fund the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), community health centers (CHC), and other important public health priorities including additional Medicaid Assistance funding. This bill also includes a two-year funding extension for the Indian Health Service's Special Diabetes Program.
