HAYS, Kan., Nov. 3 -- The Kansas Board of Regents issued the following news release:
The Kansas Board of Regents has named Dr. Tisa Mason the new president of Fort Hays State University (FHSU). Mason has been serving as president at Valley City State University (VCSU).
