ELMIRA, N.Y., Nov. 3 -- The New York State Homes and Community Renewal issued the following news release:
CDS Housing of Webster, NY, and New York State Homes and Community Renewal celebrated the groundbreaking for a new senior housing development on Maple Avenue in Elmira. This housing community will be open to income qualifying seniors age 55 and older and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
