WASHINGTON, Nov. 3 -- The American Sustainable Business Council issued the following statement by Director of Policy Christine Blackburn on the Congressional tax cut proposal:
"Congress seems incapable of delivering tax reform that would actually help the economy. The proposed plan mostly cuts taxes for the largest multinational corporations and the wealthiest individuals. These cuts will do nothing to grow jobs or boost U.S. competitiveness.
