WASHINGTON, Nov. 3 -- Rep. Patrick T. McHenry, R-N.C., issued the following statement on introduction of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (H.R. 1), House Republicans bill to reform the nation's tax code:
"Americans need a tax code that grows the middle-class, increases American competitiveness, and creates good-paying jobs. Today, House Republicans introduced a plan that will do that. The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act provides real middle class tax relief.
