WASHINGTON, Nov. 2 -- House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., issued the following statement on the release of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, a bill where the typical family of four earning the median household income of $59,000 a year will receive a $1,182 tax cut:
