OKLAHOMA CITY, Nov. 1 -- The Oklahoma Department of Education issued the following news release:
In an online vote, Oklahomans selected a Latta High School student's watercolor painting of a vintage schoolhouse at sunrise as the design of a new specialty license plate to support education, State Superintendent of Public Instruction Joy Hofmeister announced Wednesday.
