PHOENIX, Oct. 31 -- The city of Phoenix issued the following news:
The city of Phoenix Housing Department has been selected to receive a $100,000 grant by the Aetna Foundation's Cultivating Healthy Communities program to implement the Grid for All program in the Edison-Eastlake Community.
The grant will make bike sharing affordable and accessible to residents who need it the most by providing subsidized memberships to income-qualified individuals who live and work . . .
