PHOENIX, Oct. 31 -- The Arizona Department of Education issued the following news release:
Arizona Superintendent of Public Instruction Diane Douglas has remained in contact with the Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO) in an effort to learn how Arizonans can help support the victims of Hurricane Harvey in Texas.
"It is my hope and firm belief that if Arizona suffered a disaster of this magnitude that our fellow states would also endeavor to help us," . . .
