WASHINGTON, Oct. 31 -- The National Association for Gifted Children issued the following news release:
The National Association for Gifted Children (NAGC) named Steven Charlish a 2017 Javits-Frasier Scholar. Charlish is a gifted resource teacher at Forest Grove Elementary School in Sterling, VA. He will attend the NAGC 64th Annual Convention next week in Charlotte, NC to further develop his skills in spotting and supporting gifted learners from low income and minority backgrounds. < . . .
