WASHINGTON, Oct. 31 -- The National Association for Gifted Children issued the following news release:
The National Association for Gifted Children (NAGC) named Edwin Edpalina a 2017 Javits-Frasier Scholar. Edpalina is a gifted and talented teacher at Standing Rock Community High School in Mandan, ND.
