CHICAGO, Oct. 31 -- Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel issued the following news release:

Mayor Rahm Emanuel and the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) today announced increased efforts to expand Chicago's fight against the opioid epidemic facing cities and towns across the nation.
